The Parish Council is the lowest tier of local government and is the one closest to the community in which it operates. The Parish Council hold meetings on the fourth Tuesday bi-monthly at the Wilbraham's Memorial Hall. All members of the public and the press are welcome to attend any meeting of the Parish Council. Details of the meetings and agendas will be published on the website with at least three clear working days notice which includes Saturdays.
